Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Expedited shipping options, including FedEx Ground, FedEx Canada, and E-cards, are also available for faster delivery times.

 

How do you ship the commemorative card? When will my card be delivered?

 

Your commemorative card will be shipped via USPS Ground Advantage and should arrive within 7 business days or less after receiving your shipping notification email. Please note that deluxe gifts with wood or glass framing, or cards with custom photos and logos, may require additional production time.

 

What size and quality are the commemorative cards?

 

Measuring 8.5 x 11 inches and ready for framing, your commemorative card is printed on sustainably sourced, acid-free cardstock (110 lb or heavier). This ensures that your card will remain vibrant and won’t yellow or fade over time, preserving its beauty for years to come.

 

Are the tree saplings planted professionally?

 

We plant our honorary trees exclusively through trusted non-profits and tree-planting organizations in Israel, ensuring each tree contributes meaningfully to the land and its future.

 

What types of trees will be planted?

 

A variety of hardwoods and native species such as oak, Aleppo pine, carob, redbud, almond, pear, hawthorn, cypress, and Atlantic cedar. Each tree is carefully chosen to thrive in the unique landscapes of Israel, ensuring lasting beauty and environmental impact.

At this time, we are not sponsoring any fruit or olive tree plantings in Israel.

We also offer non-personalized plant-a-tree cards for purchase in our online store. These cards are available in lots of 10 (minimum) and come with matching blank envelopes, perfect for those looking for a simple yet meaningful gift.

 

I didn't receive my card/made an error on my card, can you help me?

 

If you encounter any issues, please contact our customer service team, and we will promptly mail out a replacement or corrected card at no additional cost. Every order includes tracking and delivery confirmation via either USPS Ground Advantage or FedEx, ensuring your gift arrives safely.
